I’ve been lax posting for a while, been caught up in work and my family of 5 experiencing every sickness this brutal winter has to offer, but I wanted to post this video of Team Tempest on the Conan Show performing a sick demonstration of parkour. For those of you who don’t know much about parkour, this is a good place to start. I’ve been taking a parkour class for the last couple of months trying to up my Ninja Warrior game, and I can tell you that these guys are gooooood. Ninja Warrior fanatics might recognize super-studs Levi Meeuwenberg and Brian Orosco.
